Instead of hitting the typical vacation spots for a week bathing in the sun, 31 students from USC’s Hillel and NAACP chapters opted for an Alternative Spring Break option of rebuilding the wreckage in Covington, LA, that remains after Hurricane Katrina struck over a year and a half ago.
