Raanan Gissin, Former Senior Media Advisor to Ariel Sharon, addressed the BU community on Wednesday, February 28 at Hillel. An experienced member of the Israeli political system, he spoke of issues that not only affect the state of Israel, but are also very important to the United States.
The title of the lecture was “The Iranian Threat: Global Terrorism and Nuclear Weapons.” Gissin is on a month-long lecture tour with Caravan for Democracy, an initiative that brings Israeli speakers to colleges.
