It calls on the international community to indict Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for incitement to commit genocide.
This has a strong legal basis, as the 1948 UN Genocide Convention classifies “incitement to commit genocide” as a crime against humanity. The purpose is to eliminate the genocidal murderers before they take action.
