Groups have been created for clubs such as the Anteaters for Israel, Hillel, Alpha Epsilon Pi and Epsilon Phi. Events for Jewish clubs have also been promoted through the website using the recent feature that allows users to create an event and invite people. Rabbi Yonah Bookstein, who has used Facebook in order to reach out to Jewish students and promote diverse Hillel events, suggested that Facebook has been a very helpful tool. “It has revolutionized communication between students in a way e-mail and IM never did,” he said.
